• 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to retain my services.
• I accept cancellations by phone only.  DO NOT send me an email to cancel an appointment.
• If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee.  At my discretion this charge will be either existing gift certificate or it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.
• If a gift certificate is being used as payment for your appointment, and you fail to give 24 hour advance cancellation notice, that gift certificate will become null and void.
• I may ask for a Credit Card number at anytime if you are a multiple affender of not showing up or not cancelling you appointment with in the 24 hour period

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show".  They will be charged for their "missed" appointment and future service will be denied
